Interns will work on real, ongoing projects that are directly related to their assigned internship role. Responsibilities are role-specific and may include research, content creation, design support, strategic planning, or other project deliverables required by the team. All tasks are assigned with clear objectives and deadlines to ensure practical learning and meaningful contribution.

Applicants are expected to have basic knowledge or skills relevant to the role they apply for. This may include academic background, prior project experience, or demonstrated interest through portfolios or previous work. Selection is based on relevance, readiness to learn, and the ability to perform assigned tasks in a professional setting.

Intern performance is assessed based on work quality, task completion, reliability, and professional conduct throughout the internship period. This includes meeting deadlines, following instructions, and communicating effectively with the team. Performance evaluation determines internship completion status and eligibility for formal recognition.

Interns are expected to commit for the full internship period as stated at the beginning of the program. This includes completing assigned tasks on time, participating in required meetings or check-ins, and maintaining consistent engagement until the internship concludes.

Interns who successfully complete the internship and meet all program requirements will receive an official internship certificate from Start Friday Asia. The certificate serves as formal recognition of participation and completion of the program.
